Supreme Court examines Bihar SIR allegations Petitioners sought preservation of the ECI's internal records, communications and file notings. The ECI argued that Form 6 had not been statutorily amended; a separate SIR declaration was displayed alongside it. The Supreme Court clarified that it had neither approved nor examined the alleged modifications and issued notice on the fresh petition.
