UPSC CSE: Pehli attempt wale ko shuruat mein kaun si advice deni chahiye?
Ek question hai experienced aspirants se, especially unse jinhone UPSC CSE ki preparation mein kaafi time spend kiya hai. Agar aapko first-attempt aspirants ko ek advice deni ho, jo aap chahte ki aapne apni preparation ke starting phase mein hi jaan li hoti, toh woh kya hoti?
