UPSC CSE Anthropology optional: Biology background, need Physical Anthropology guidance

Is anyone here preparing for UPSC CSE with Anthropology Optional and a background in Biology? I am looking for guidance in Physical Anthropology and would greatly appreciate support from someone who has a good understanding of the subject.
