Corruption can be reduced through greater transparency, accountability and digital governance. E-governance and e-procurement can minimise human discretion, while strong anti-corruption institutions, speedy trials and whistle-blower protection can ensure accountability. Simplifying procedures, strengthening RTI and social audits, and promoting ethical values in public administration can further reduce corruption.
