Very honestly jis institute ne ye ques banaya hai phele is institute ke test dena band karo , we need to specify acc. To constitution as upsc explicitly says that .
According to constitution nahi likha Mtlv option A is right as mentioned in RPA 1951 so it's necessary to mention accordingly.
