• PM’s Visit to Chennai – Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to inaugurate and dedicate development projects worth over ₹13,000 crore. • Chennai Metro Rail Phase II – The Prime Minister is scheduled to inaugurate the Poonamallee–Vadapalani stretch of Chennai Metro Rail Phase II, strengthening urban public transport. • National Highway Development – Highway projects worth approximately ₹3,700 crore are scheduled for inauguration or foundation-laying in Tamil Nadu. • Port Infrastructure – Projects at Chennai Port, Kamarajar Port and V.O. Chidambaranar Port are scheduled for inauguration or foundation-laying to strengthen maritime infrastructure and logistics.
