MUST-SAVE CASE STUDY | Gujarat’s Water Governance Model → From India to the Global South When water becomes scarce, our first instinct is usually: build more dams, canals, pipelines. That one idea can fit into answers on water governance, decentralisation, climate resilience, SDG-6 and community participation. Remember the principle: Infrastructure can bring water.
