Blue Drum case: death sentence for a mother with a 10-month child
The Meerut court, in the infamous Blue Drum Murder Case, has sentenced both accused to death, holding that the crime falls within the 'rarest of the rare' category. Muskan has a 10-month old child. Executing a mother at such a crucial stage of her child’s life affects two lives at once, or, rhetorically speaking, takes away two lives together. Does the State have the right to take a mother away from her child at the very age when the child needs her the most, or say dependence is greatest, or to punish two life together while one of them being entirely innocent? What is your reasoning?

No mercy excute them, child will be taken care by orphanage or any other people, being a mother shouldn't be a shield to escape for what they done, anyways that child won't know his mother anyways even if court allow for 2 year's to take care, this case need to be set as an example at all cost..
