If you have to choose just one, Krushna Bhokare is considered a better option. The main reason for this is that his entire academy is dedicated solely to Agriculture Optional. He has a set of 17 booklets that cover the entire syllabus, so you don't have to search for different books. He also focuses heavily on answer writing and diagrams, which are crucial for scoring good marks in this paper. Saurabh Pandey is also good, but his approach leans more towards General Studies and Current Affairs. If you want a completely to-the-point and structured preparation, it's safe to go with Krushna Bhokare.

Bhai sach kya hai ki.. UPSC prep mein teachers se zyada important hota hai tumhara execution system, notes, revision, answer writing. Teacher bas direction dete hai, race to tumhe hi daudni hai aur jeetni bhi hai.
