Hey everyone , I am 21,Joined BA political science in ODL program this year. And I am starting my preparation from January 2027 because now I am collecting my sources and since my percentage in 10th class is 99.8℅ I have applied for Post office GDS program for which results gonna out shortly and I guess that I will sure be selected since it is merit based. And I have planned Physics wallah's Comprehensive books set of combo 22 books that cover both mains and prelims. Should I go with it or else I should stick to reference books and NCERTs? My exam is 2029 so I have enough time... Give me some suggestions and Feedback about my decision to choose PW Books.

@rajmadhavi My combination is Physics Wallah books for static syllabus...Coaching Lectures from Vision IAS... And for current affairs I am going with NextIAS monthly compilation + Daily newspaper. My plan is keep the resources simple and revise many times... Whether my decision is wrong?

@admin Yes sir I can understand but if I choose to go with standard books myself couldn't segregate which to study and which to leave . And Importantly if I started to collect Standard books I am ending up with library of books... If you can you suggest me standard books Please. And my Question is UPSC helps one who has Knowledge with good presentation or who study with standard books?

Do explore, Dr. Shivin YouTube channel, you will get to learn a lot from him. Or, you can also watch UPSCPREP free beginner course. Do watch free lectures on telegram for History, Geography, Polity & Economy, make their class notes and then read NCERTs and standard books alongwith. Hope this helps.

Finnally koi to hai meri tarah 2029 wala jan ker achaa laga 😭😭😭... By the way this doremon I have been preparing for cse from a year and right now I am pursuing ba hons in political science 2nd year and yeah my optional psir what about you by the way I am your competitor 😆😆... Anyway when it comes to so coaching material isn't enough you have to cover the standard books as well 😁😁😁

No don't buy books only go for standard books yes you can join prarambh 29 batch but don't buy upsc wallah book they are good but not complete solution even after that you will still have to study standard books
