State PSC mains: RTI showed one examiner checked papers, not three
So, I gave state psc mains last year and was very much sure about clearing it because I knew there wasn't much competition and most of the candidates were not used to descriptive pattern. Surprisingly, not only I failed to clear it but also marks were well below my expectations. I filed RTI for checked answer copies, which I recieved after 45 days. Shockingly, only one examiner has checked the papers when rule is examiner, moderator and chief moderator will check papers and chief moderator's marks will be final marks. They didn't follow this, and it's better to not to say anything about quality of paper checking. Funnily they have given zero marks to definition of mitigation 😂. This is the state of affairs, psc wale literally playing with the future of youth. Unfortunate disheartening experience.
